Message from the Founder

Welcome to the Therapy Room Voice & Speech.
During my years working in hospitals and clinics, I often heard patients say:

“I didn’t know Speech-language-hearing therapists even existed.”
“I never realized speech therapy could help in this way.”

These voices inspired me to create a place where anyone can freely discuss concerns about
their voice or speech. Drawing on my clinical experience, I am committed to supporting each
client with care and expertise. No matter how small your concern may seem, please feel free
to reach out.

Professional Background

2007Graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies
2009Completed graduate studies at the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities College and obtained a Speech-language-hearing Therapist license. Gained treatment experience at hospitals and clinics in Tokyo,
including the Voice Therapy and Counseling Center at International University of Health and Welfare Mita Hospital,
Tokyo Voice Center at Sanno Hospital, and Toho University Medical Center Omori Hospital.
2015Taught/Teaching Speech-language-hearing therapists as a teacher at the Japan College of Social Welfare Education.
(Lecture subjects: voice disorders, articulation disorders, etc.)
2020Completed the Master's program at the University of Tsukuba Graduate School, where research was conducted on
vocalization therapy.
2021Voice & Speech Counseling Center:
Having experienced over 2000 voice therapy cases, including those involving celebrities, the clinic continues to
lecture to students aspiring to become speech-language-hearing therapists alongside clinical practice.
Specialization: Treatment of "voice" and "pronunciation" (voice disorders, articulation disorders, stuttering) in both
adults and children.
